I do want to state one more thing. At the St. Augustine, Florida Seafood Festival where I first was introduced to the product, while I shelved out $5 for my drink, my girlfriend, Maureen who was hemming and hawwing about the health of the drink or not was given a FREE DRINK of the soda in her own cup from a lemonade stand right in front of me....to say I felt cheated, annoyed, and SHOCKED at the vendor's display of favoritism towards a customer, clearly in my party was rude and miffed me to the point I refused to go back for a $3 refill...I mean would you?

I agree with the person above about the ice. At an astounding $5 a can, the consumer should have the last say about whether or not or how much ice they want in their drink!! Personally, I found the root beer absolutely delicious once I got over "brain freeze". One has to wonder how much better the root beer might be without being watered down by melting ice.
Skimping on a product or affecting the volume of a product by insisting on ice as a filler is NOT a good marketing technique. We're all hurting in this economy .. if you want loyal, repeat customers, treat them like friends or family not a pocket liner for your business!!

Just so everyone knows.Although, non alcoholic fatty liver disease involves both the glucose and the fructose components of HFCS, there has been no conclusive research linking HFCS consumption to the onset of NAFLD more so than sucrose or other sugar consumption. In other words everything in moderation. I just prefer the taste of a sugar sweetened drink or honey one over a HFC one. Not cool to try to scare people though, with misinformation.

Such a great article it was which The key to these eloquent and insightful ramblings is that I find the original incarnations of the beverage; glass bottles, cane sugar. Nehi Orange is sadly no exception. I could only describe it as “thin” tasting, with not much real orange flavor compensated by a lot of sweetness. Such a fine refreshing, thank a lot for posting
